The sexual misconduct with a teenage boy allegedly took place in 1975.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->After the victim met with Fr.\u00a0Richard Woy in 1995, Fr. Woy and the Archdiocese agreed to provide counseling assistance.\u00a0However, in a document dated March 4, 1996, Woy claimed, &#8220;our investigation has uncovered facts that cast significant doubt upon your allegations.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This web site recently received information which corroborates the victim&#8217;s claims of misconduct.
